My name is Stefanie and I'm 30 years old and live north of Boston with my wonderful husband, twin girls and two dogs. I'm a second generation Italian and I will always be a New Yorker no matter what zip code I live in. I love to paint, to cook and to read. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and have lost 35 pounds in the past (and then gained it all back and then some...).
I started this blog to document our journey to start a family and becoming healthier and happier. Now that we are a family of four I'm also navigating being a new mom to twins!
I consider myself an optimist, an eternal romantic and a dreamer. I believe in living in the moment and enjoying this crazy ride called life.
