May 2009-September 2009: Consistently work out at least 5x a week and lose about 25 pounds

October 2009: Start a new full time job, workouts start to decrease
December 2009: My appendix ruptures, requiring emergency surgery. I officially am 35 pounds down from my May 2009 weight

June 2010: We get married and go on a beautiful honeymoon to Hawaii. I'm probably about 10 pounds up from my December 2009 weight.
September 2010: We close on our house!
June 2011: I start going to a health coach to get back on track
August 2011: I lose about 10 pounds
September 2011: We start trying for a baby and get pregnant our very first month!
October 2011: We find out that I have an ectopic pregnancy.
March 2012: We finally get the OK from my OB/GYN to start trying for a baby again.
November 2012: I meet with my doctor about still not being pregnant and she refers us to a Reproductive Endocringologist (RE). We meet with the RE at the end of November.
January 2013: We start our fertility workup. By the end of the month I am down 6 pounds from my January 11th weight. An HSG shows that both of my fallopian tubes are blocked. IVF is our best change at having children.
April 2013: We get approved by my insurance for our first round of IVF! I am down 20 pounds from my January weight.
May/June 2013: We complete our first IVF cycle. Fourteen follicles are retrieved, 13 are mature, 13 fertilized. We transfer 1 embryo at our doctor's suggestion. Our official test date (OTD) is 6/5 and it is negative. We are not pregnant. We end up with 5 embryos that are frozen.
June 2013: Insurance approves us for a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET).
July/August 2013: We are scheduled for FET #1 and are blessed with a pregnancy.
September 2013: We find out that we are having twins!
April 3rd 2014: We welcome our beautiful daughters Emma Rose and Annabelle June to the world!
